What happens when great stars from two sports are in the same frame? On Thursday, one of the strongest quarterbacks in the NFL, Patrick Mahomes, the top star of the Chiefs, and Lionel Messi, the football star of the Miami International team, appeared together and exchanged jerseys.
It is reported that the two sides were shooting an advertisement for a sports brand. In the 45-second spot, Mahomes and Messi playfully speed up their opponent's treadmill until both of them reach top speed. After the shooting was completed, Messi held the signed Patrick Mahomes jersey, while Mahomes held the signed Argentina No. 10 jersey, and both smiled.
In February, Messi attended the 59th Super Bowl, when Mahomes' Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 22-40 and missed the Super Bowl championship.
